Yes, planned on having Paula sit in on some of it. Sure we can spend a half hour or so (but remember we only have from 9:15 til 11:00 to meet)doing some type of organizing. Lets see should we pull, delete and box up more books-on cassette, should we do the cleaning and moving of non-fiction/fiction section, should we organize and inventory the paper under the copy machine, should we work on labeling the magazine shelves and plastic buckets, should we do the removing of more videos and rearranging of DVDs Many organizing projects we can attempt to finish. JB
Also, wish to discuss National Library Week (April 12-17) and some events that will be going on during the course of the week that will take staff away from normal tasks behind the desk and be hands-on interaction with patrons as they come in the library.
I don't think 2 hrs. will be enuf. As far as the food and drink discussion, I want to add.. We have a patron who brings in an empty pop bottle to use to spit into. Tobacco, I assume. YUCK! dcf
